What do you love most about your job?
Working with people and in the care industry is an extremely rewarding job. Knowing that we can support someone to remain in their own home as long as possible is the reason why we are in this job. The smile that we have on our customers' or their love ones face when our carers enter their property is the reason why I love this job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My aim is to revolutionise the care industry and make a difference in not only customers' lives but also my carers lives. Caring is considered as a low skill job but being a carer myself I know we do much much more than just caring for someone. I want to inspire others with my journey from being an Software engineer to start from a personal carer to own my own care company. This journey was not easy but I have proven to others that we can make a career in the care industry. I have always believed that the pillars of a company are our staff members to be able to make a difference in the care industry and to deliver good outstanding service to our customers.

We are able to support customers remotely by virtual care service where we can contact the person via telephone or a tablet to check on them or to remind them to take their medication or meals.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We implemented more infection control strategies and provided more PPE to our staff. We employed a driver to drive our carers around to their care calls so that they do not need to take public transport. We conducted a contingency planning where the team will be divided into teams if we have an outbreak of Covid among our customers.

Our moto is “For You, With You”, and we provide a ‘home-care’ service that promotes the independence of the elderly, disabled or home-bound individuals by providing assistance with day-to-day activities that enables customers to stay in the comfort their own homes and their personal surroundings. That is our personality and that is what our business is based upon. Subsequently, our aims and objectives are all based upon this principal.
