Myself and my team do our very best to offer the highest standard. All cleaners for Marshall's Pristine Cleaning Services, clean on their interviews so we know their level of cleaning standards, so we can provide the best service to our clients.

How long have you been in business?
I started my business in August 2022 and slowly built it up from scratch. It is something I have worked very hard at and still do to make sure both the clients and team members are happy and getting the best possible service. We are continuing to grow while keeping the good relationships with our team and clients and offering a high standard of work.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Some of the team members choose to bring products and clothes as backup. Clients have such a range of needs and some have allergies and need to use their own products. I have found it best that it is best to use the client's equipment/products for their benefit, hygiene purposes and to keep costs down for the team as they may have several cleans per day which can become very costly for them.
What do you love most about your job?
What's not to love?!
I care about what I do and the impact it can have on someone when they come into a fresh clean and tidy home. It can feel like a weight has been lifted and can make us feel more physically and mentally relaxed, knowing after a longs days work or a battle with your body that's not allowing you to do it yourself anymore, you get that amazing feeling that someone has don't it for you and your worries are gone. I like to check in with my clients and my team to make sure they are happy with the service and work being provided.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I do everything for my family and this is business means everything as it is what I can do to support my family.
I have always liked to help people in one way or another. Having the opportunity to do so and building a good relationship with all my clients and team members is extremely important to me.

We are kind, friendly and a small local business, that work hard to offer the best service we can, to meet each client's needs.

I am able to meet each client in person if required or I am able to arrange sending a cleaner without meeting too.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All team members will respect the wishes of clients when it comes to COVID-19. This is something that can be discussed with each individual to know their thoughts and wishes.
This also applies to the team and their wishes if it is the other way around.
Weekly and Fortnightly Cleans
Marshalls Pristine Cleaning Service is a small family run business and has Weekly and Fortnightly Cleans available, £17.50ph (minimum of 2 hour slot).
We have weekly and fortnightly cleaning available in and around Stoke-on-Trent and Newcastle-under-Lyme.

We offer a fantastic service so that you have a smooth check out/ins in your hosted homes.
Myself and my team work to a high standard to ensure your customers are happy with the cleanliness and presentation of your property.
We have a local competitive hourly rate which reflects our standard and offer it with or without a laundry service.
