I am from the travelling Community and mark did a very special video from me and my children of my husband funeral Service it was so special to us because it was something for my younger children to understand when there older and everything l ask mark he did and more l can’t recommend him

Reposting because my review keeps disappearing inexplicably.

My wedding was on 24.10.2023 and I had hired Mark as a videographer. Sadly, he didn't show up on the day.

Not only did I pay for him in full, but I also paid for him as a guest, so that he could be counted in the catering, and I checked with him only a couple of weeks before the event to confirm his dietary requirements. The morning of, I resent the wedding agenda.

Mark didn't show up on the day, or read any messages until after 5pm, then he attempted to blame me for not reminding him. To be fair, he did refund my money, and offer to do a review of the wedding video, but I didn't want that.

As i had told Mark prior to the wedding, i had wanted a viedographer as my father is terminally ill, and wanted to capture a happy memory. I am really unhappy with the service i received and how my feedback has been handled after the event. More...
