I qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and have worked for firms including Eversheds, Brabners and Clarke Willmott. I now provide a legal consultancy services to two law firms and directly to clients, including:

- commercial property work (including landlord and tenant (leases), development, planning promotion, option agreements);

- corporate/ commercial work, including shares and business sales, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, terms and conditions, investment/ joint venture agreements, franchising agreements and arrangements.
