Mark did a wonderful job in helping me obtain Party Wall Agreements for my project. He was extremely thorough in explaining the process to me (something which was totally new to me as this is my first project) and got back to my queries on the same day of my asking. My project is rather complex with the property consisting of 5 different neighbours, all of whom required agreements in place of which only 1 consented initially. Mark acted quickly and professionally. Above all his fee was extremely reasonable considering the level of complexity. I cannot commend Mark and MLA Ltd highly enough.
