We cannot say enough good things about Marco! We had a training at Monkton House, right outside of Edinburgh, and we wanted a bomb welcome feast and breakfast each day for three days. Marco was very attentive during the preparation for my wife’s 60th birthday celebration and provided a superb tailored menu for our family.
