We recently needed to find 24hr live in care at extremely short notice- this was our first experience of having to source this level of care and from the first contact Mantle Care inspired confidence and reassurance.
Sylvia provided a wealth of expertise and knowledge and matched us to a carer, Teresa, who moved seamlessly into the role as if she had always been part of the family.
Teresa has been unbelievably patient and kind and we have been delighted to see our Mum begin to improve and gain in confidence with Teresa there to assist her.
Living In as a carer entails being diplomatic but honest, encouraging and optimistic, but not overly so and most importantly it needs vigilant kindness. Teresa has excelled in all these areas, anticipating issues and supporting the entire family through this transition. We would not hesitate to recommend Mantle Care to anyone needing help.
