Manta Properties manages the houses in multiple occupation (HMO) on behalf of landlords and letting agents. Manta takes care of daily maintenance of the property and deal with tenants management.

It is not a typical management company or a letting agent, as Manta does not charge landlords any fees. They get a fixed monthly rent for the lease of the property. This amount is guaranteed whether there is have full occupancy or not – so they don’t have to worry about voids.

Manta Properties provides tenants with quality housing at flexible terms, where all utility bills and council tax is included.
