Yes — we can handle the majority of party wall services remotely. We can provide notices, review drawings, offer advice, and hold consultations through email, video call, and phone. Schedules of condition and inspections can be arranged on-site when required, but we keep the overall process as convenient and accessible as possible for clients.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We follow up-to-date safety guidelines to protect both clients and surveyors. When site visits are needed, we maintain distancing, use appropriate protective equipment, and minimise time inside properties. We also offer remote consultations and digital document sharing to reduce face-to-face contact where possible.
Party Wall Notices
If you’re planning work that affects a shared wall, boundary, or adjacent excavation, you must notify your neighbors.
We handle:
1.Serving Party Wall Notices (for extensions, loft conversions, basements, and more).
2.Reviewing and responding to notices on behalf of adjoining owners.
3.Preparing and managing Counter Notices when required.
Party Wall Agreements (Awards)
If a neighbor objects to your proposed works, an official Party Wall Award may be required.
