AVOID AT ALL COST
I spent a lot of time trying to organise a deep clean with this company and dealt with the owner who was lovely.
She gave me the price of £200 for the said ‘deep clean’ and took details of all rooms in my home. I explained that due to an injury i was struggling keeping my home as clean as I would like. I was assured 2 cleaners would work approximately 5 hours together to ensure the clean was done. I was also assured the cleaners would know the specific areas I needed the attention focusing on such as blinds, windows, skirting boards, doors and floors. The clean was appalling, one cleaner arrived 2 hours late. They clearly had seen no brief and initially ignored the windows and blinds upstairs. They had to be spoken to several times over the phone and the owner had to attend my home twice during the visit to instruct the cleaners. They argued. At one point after around 1.5 hours into the clean requested the clean to be cancelled immediately as it was shocking. When I asked the cleaner who did arrive on time after she had spent 50 minutes on all 3 bedrooms and my bathroom what she had done she lied and said she had cleaned the windows when they had clearly not been touched. I asked if she had lifted the blinds which were still dirty and not been cleaned to actually clean the window she said that she didn’t know how to lift the blinds so she had cleaned the window through the blinds ???? I could go on and on but it just makes me so mad. I was gutted and was left more overwhelmed than i was before. It was a total shambles!!! They knocked £100 off but I regret paying even £100 as my mirrors and parts of the windows which they eventually did try to clean were left full of smears!!!

I've been using Maid4Homes for my weekly cleaning for over a month now, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They initially came in and did a huge deep clean of my home.
The price is very reasonable, especially for the quality of work they do. One thing I really appreciate is that I have the same cleaner every week (and the discount is nice too!) so they know exactly how I like things done and there’s good consistency in the clean.
If there's ever an issue or anything out of the ordinary, I'm notified immediately, which shows their attention to detail and excellent communication. The admin team is fantastic too—very responsive and easy to deal with, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Maid4homes did an incredible job with my home. After renting it out, the tenant had left it in a terrible state and thought I’d have to throw my oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer in a skip, such were the state they were in!
Thankfully, apart from leaving my home spotless clean without any fuss, they managed to salvage all appliances and I couldn’t be any happier

Our cleaners do not supply their own cleaning products or equipment unless specified in the notes or at the time of booking. Most of our clients prefer to use the cleaning substances used in their homes. For health and safety reasons, bleach is a prohibited substance.

Covid-19 actually showed us that even though the world was closed off there was a massive need for cleaning services - especially the elderly, and those with disabilities who had no one to help them. This inspired and motivated us massively.
