First time using Hannah and couldn't be happier. Absolutely fantastic job house is gleaming went beyond what I was expecting would 100% recommend!!

I had Hannah and the team out to clean my new home before we moved in. She saved the oven which I didn’t think was possible. The kitchen floor was actually shades lighter than I thought it was. Visually I would have given a 5 Star, but like most reviews I wait before doing them. The clean was done on the 20 June. I asked for deep clean of kitchen and bathroom. No extra rooms but all windows to be cleaned. What I got was sticky floors, windows that were not cleaned as they were still dirty when opened in the frames, there were streaks all over the windows in the rooms they did. The kitchen they did an excellent job on the extractor fan,behind was horrendous. Cleansed all the cabinets eye level perfectly, but not higher, those were sticky and we can see when opening cabinets these where not cleaned 100% as there was run down, the underneath of the cabinets weren't even touched. The previous owner was a smoker. They swept the floors gray, and did a mop which left the floor sticky. They did not clean where the washer went as there were still cobwebs and other bits of dirt. The oven was sticky as they did not remove the door to clean. They did not move the oven, so cannot comment on behind or under. The bathroom was cleaned, but we had removed the novalon. The bath was clean and hand basin. We have now replaced the inners of the loo and found they did not clean behind the loo and there was mold, this was the same behind the sink when looking at the pipes. If they cleaned here they might have advised that the one pipe had a hole in it. The walls were not done correctly as these are still sticky.
They do steam clean, but you can visibly see where they did not. This also caused the curtains to unstick from the frame and you can see that they didn't do behind the curtains. For the cost one would expect this, but not the service. They were friendly and polite, but also arrived nearly an hour late. More...

Absolutely amazing! Had an end of tenancy clean and the house is incredible and also smells really nice. She also came and did our oven at the current place that we just moved into, it's so much better now and the oven tray that I honestly didn't think was saveable, was saved!

The clean took a smidge longer than she was expecting as we had a lot of mirrors/glass in the place we were renting, and she came back early next morning to finish up the final bits, all same quoted price no hidden extras.
