Carpet Cleaning
The prize for cleaning one room carpet was not disclosed in advance
The bill of £120 for cleaning a standard room carpet where all furniture was removed in advance is exorbitant. I felt cheated.

Sorry, Mr Aayer if you felt that way, an agreement was made before coming that the charges is £120. The carpet require deep cleaning due to status of the property and it a big room, additional cleanings was done at the property that wasn't in agreement just for you to be happy. we are yet to received any payment for the service been done.
