Used Markhele for my sons 6th bday. To keep with government rules we split the party up and did a morning session and afternoon session for 2 sets of different kids. Markhele arrived on time to set up. And when he started he really engaged with the kids and adults. He was brilliant and entertaining. Markhele was super pro - arriving in good time to set-up and do the show.

It was for a 7th birthday party - kids plus adults.

He started with a bang that had everyone's jaws drop and he kept the attention of the kids for the full 45 minutes or so.

At various points he had the kids wide eyed in amazement and the adults crying with laughter.

We wanted something that wasn't your usual kids' party fare - but still suitable and "amazing" for kids to watch.

One lovely part was when he pulled flowers from the ears of every kid present and his finale was brilliant.

We did it at The Gunnersbury in Chiswick which has a small stage, which was perfect for Markhele's act. It would work without a stage, but better with if you can. More...

Markhele was the first magician I have ever hired. He was brilliant. He arrived promptly to set up. Bringing lots of equipment to make sure the show looked professional, even in my lounge. He was polite and courteous and was certainly aware of the importance of the event to my son.
His tricks and act were good fun. The adults still can't work out how he hid some many doves around his body and the kids are still talking about how he magic'd up a bird from a balloon.
