Magda was always flexible and happy to accommodate any changes and to meet any unexpected/urgent needs. Maggy’s support bubble is such an amazing service . My 94 year old mum has a couple of visits a day . I know mum has company , regular healthy meals, medications on time , a spotless house , all laundry done . The family has a WhatsApp group with Maggys , where we get regular updates etc. I know when I am not with my mum she is getting all the care and support she needs , which takes a lot of stress of me and means I can focus on work . Very kind and caring person she has heart of gold nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend!

When I found Maggy I was very unsure if I was making right choice as had never had to find help for Bill before .
But as soon as I met Maggy I knew without a doubt she was a perfect companion for him .
As soon as she arrives he becomes his old self (he has what they call Mixed Alzheimer’s )and get really miserable at times .
They play cards .word search .puzzles and go for a walk .
Although she is looking after Bill while I go to my bridge club
I sometimes think it would nice to just sit and chat for the evening.I would her 10 stars if that was possible More...

Magda came to us when my Mum left hospital and needed personal care for a few months. Magda was very accommodating, cared a great deal about making Mum’s situation better and gave us peace of mind that Mum was being cared for by a professional, experienced person.

The reason behind my rating I have found myself in the position of needing help with my husband William who has been diagnosed
with Dementia .
For my own sanity I needed to escape to my activities which would mean leaving William at home alone not sensible .
I saw Maggies advert in local village magazine and decided to ask her to come .
She is perfect for Williams needs interacts with him playing games chess cards etc and will take him for trips round village .
I’m certain if he needed more caring needs she would be able to do that also .ie preparing meals etc More...
