This company promptly came round after we had contacted them and assessed my needs. They provided me with the care I needed as I was very weak following hospitalisation. They were extremely flexible as to hours and jobs. The carer I was given was excellent, she helped with meals as well as different household duties, she worked very hard while she was here and always remembered when the bins went out for collection etc. My family are not near so they were happy that the agency were coming in, it put their minds at rest.
