We had suffered a bad accident that led to a large pool of blood in the hall and extensive further large drops up the stairs and into the bedroom. I registered for help on a Sunday and that evening I received a response from Michael, who rang on time the following morning and agreed to come round in the afternoon. I was out of the house during the time he and his assistant were here. I will not book their service again.

They’ve done a great job cleaning the oven, it looked brand new after the cleaning so very pleased with the oven. However, the rest of the cleaning was average and I had to clean some parts of the house after they’ve left (hoovering stairs, dust they’ve cleaned off of the lamp shades end up on the headboard and furniture, hoovering my toddler play mat and under the play mat where I specifically asked to look, etc.).
If I’m paying professionals to clean my house then I’d expect it to be done better than if I’ve would’ve cleaned it, which wasn’t the case. I was also expecting all rooms to be left smelling nice and I don’t believe anything was used to leave that effect.
