Lung landscaping were brilliant, I will be recommending them to everyone I know. The work was very reasonably priced and they were very professional and hard working. Initially, I was concerned it would take ages to complete as the garden needed a lot of work, including a concrete patio, slate seating area, sleeper boxes, new fences, releveling the ground and laying new turf. Lung Landscaping were amazing. For our initial appointment they turned up on time and I heard back from then soon after with their quote. From then on it was plain sailing. As soon as the weather improved we agreed on a date. They were punctual and very polite. My new lawn was completed in 2 days by the team! It looks amazing and I am so pleased. After having an extension done my garden was a mess and I wanted to get it sorted for summer. I spoke with Raul who came round and I told him what I had in mind. He gave me some options and ideas to improve on that and gave me a quote quickly, which I thought was reasonable. I requested Raul to quote me on a lawn replacement after building works. He arranged a time for a visit and arrived promptly. The quote was a little over my budget but we agreed a mutually fair price
He and his team arrived promptly on the start date and worked through the day. The work was completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy. After care advice was provided.
A few days later, he called me to ask how the lawn was looking and to provide pictures, which I did. Unfortunately, the council would not take the old lawn waste and Raul said that he would take care of it in a week

I left a previous review in the hope things would be rectified, but its time to be honest about these landscapers. False promises of rectifying, taken the money and probably wont be coming back.

1 - They broke my neighbours brick wall, and poorly attempted to fix it (looked like a 3 year old tried to do it). Firstly denied it, caught them on CCTV and then they "fixed it". Job was done so bad that I had to pay someone else to come and fix the wall.

2. Gravel posts and fence not supported on neighbours side, could collapse at any time. Cracks in the gravel posts as well which will only get worse. Have to replace myself.

3. Garden tiles not laid properly. Starting to life, some have come away from the ground completely. Poor grouting in areas. Still not fixed.

4. Paid for garden lights, was billed for 10 and only have 9. Promised to come and fit, 2.5 months later, still not fitted and supplied.

5. Requested for a sleeper on the step up to the patio so the tiles had support, was told we didnt need it, tiles are now moving. More...

We had Raul and his team + dad come in to do landscaping in our garden. The job was a whole massive project that needed complete renovating and they were nothing short but excellent. They put a lot of time and effort into getting it right, even fixing things that didn't seem right, and also gave us a lot of ideas on things we could to utilise the space.
