I requested a quote to replace my broken Worchester Bosch boiler on Friday, and the new boiler was installed and working by midday on the following Wednesday. The price quoted included disposal of the old boiler and all packaging from the new boiler. The plumbers and new boiler arrived at the time stated. I've just had my annual Boiler Service with L & P, and as always I am very happy with the whole process. It started with an email reminder that it was due. A quick phone call let me arrange a date & time that suited me, followed by an email confirmation of the details I had arranged. . Lee came out to give us a quote for a new boiler on a Saturday. He was very friendly and professional and gave us ideas/solutions to things we had not even thought of. We weren’t in a hurry but were booked in for the following Tues to have new boiler fitted. L&P Heating Services Ltd are a Worcester Bosch approved accredited installer for their boilers so I was expecting a first rate installation and I wasn’t disappointed, they were excellent. The engineers arrived at 7.30am as agreed and just got on with the job with no fuss. It was installed, commissioned and demonstrated to me in little more than five hours (they didn’t stop). My partner and I have moved to a new house and wanted to install a new boiler in the attic. We went to L&P Heating Services for a quote. The quote was done by Lee within a couple of days at our convenience and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We asked for the boiler to be fitted as soon as possible and within a few days it was done. The engineers themselves were polite and friendly and even offered to take their shoes off in what was quite obviously a building site within. The pipe work is neat and boiler neatly positioned where we wanted it. All rubbish removed and floor swept outside. They answered every question we had and ran through the set up. They reassured us if there were any issues they’re able to pop back with no issues. We have found this company go above and beyond and they exceeded our expectations.
