What inspired you to start your own business?
Louisa was inspired to start Louisa Home Care after seeing first-hand how important compassionate, reliable care is for people who wish to stay in their own homes. She noticed that too often the focus in care was on tasks rather than people, and she wanted to build a service that truly put dignity, independence, and kindness at the heart of everything. Her vision was simple — to put the care back into care, and to create a team who share the same values of respect, empathy, and dedication. Nearly 10 years later, Louisa Home Care continues to grow, but her founding principle remains the same: every client should feel safe, valued, and supported in the comfort of their own home
