Lots of Care have been absolutely brilliant in providing a live in carer for a family member. My family member is looked after exceptionally well and is always very happy and content well nourished and hydrated and treated with respect at all times. The property is kept immaculately clean and laundry done daily. When Social Services requested a copy of the care plan they advised it was the most comprehensive plan they had ever reviewed and is as good as it gets and complimented me on my choice of care provider. What I love most about my job as a Registered Manager for Lots of Care is the privilege of making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
