I was getting a little overwhelmed and life had become a bit of a chore.
It was about 10 years since I had Reiki healing, thought it would be worth another try, found Alex on the website.
Wasn’t expecting how deep and profound the session would go, it was like a year’s therapy in one hour.
Will probably need a top up
At some point, however at the moment I am feeling a lot more spacious and relaxed.
I have no hesitation recommending Alex.

Everything!! I had a great first experience being treated by Alex. He is very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, a good listener and advisor, and he’s got magic hands! ! I'd highly recommend Irek at the integrity centre. I started private one to one and group pilates sessions with Irek a couple of years ago. Irek's classes are the best I've been to and would not go anywhere else now. He is a fountain of knowledge. He tailors every class to my requirements and every class is different. He works me hard but also knows what areas I need to take care with depending on any aches and pains I am experiencing. What do you love most about your job?
The indescribable feeling when a patient tells me how his/her suffering is progressively removed and when I see their renewed confidence and positivity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I used to practice "pro bono" in my spare time for many years. Then Covid happened, and made me reconsider my life goals.
Letting go of a secure full time job was not easy, but I have no doubt that this is the path I should follow.
Why should our clients choose you?
People should try and find out for themselves, not let anyone else tell them what is good for them.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, but I tend to avoid it as it is easier and more "tangible" to channel this energy when working with a patient who is in front of me.
I usually only offer "remote healing" to people who are very far (abroad for example) or who have reduced mobility.
Occasionally, I do home visits when people request it but it obviously takes more of my time.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Initially, I stopped seeing patients. Then I started practising again with masks and full sanitization.
Reiki healing
Reiki healing sessions last an hour, including a consultation prior to the actual treatment.
The rate at the Hackney clinic is £70 per session.
The rate for home visits is £90.
The rate for concessions at the Walthamstow clinic is £22.
