It was 10 year since my last reiki session, was not expecting too much. I was getting a little overwhelmed and life had become a bit of a chore.
It was about 10 years since I had Reiki healing, thought it would be worth another try, found Alex on the website.
Wasn’t expecting how deep and profound the session would go, it was like a year’s therapy in one hour.

I have been recently looking for a reiki therapist online and asked on Bark . Few days later Alex called me, he explained everything thoroughly. He came across very genuine and passionate about his work on the phone . He seemed very empathetic and understanding. So I decided to book a reiki session at the Integrity centre Liverpool street Today I attended my first session and I felt very relaxed even though there was construction work going on outside. I felt gentle warmth radiating throughout his hands and was very tuned while he was doing the reiki session. He explained everything well and I felt very eased and relaxed. After the session I felt really grounded and felt my head was clearer .I suffer from anxiety and brain fog and immediately felt everything was much better. Alex told me to take it easy throughout the day and nap if I needed to and also stay hydrated and avoid coffee. After I returned home I felt extremely exhausted and had a good nap. Suite a un A.V.C. il y a 5 ans, mon grand-père est devenu hémiplegique (paralysé du coté droit de son corps). Alex lui a donné 12 traitements sur une durée de 6 semaines qui ont apporté de nettes améliorations. Dès la troisième séance, mon grand-père a retrouvé une posture normale (il était un peu affaissé du coté droit depuis son A.V.C.). Au cours des séances suivantes, il a commencé à progressivement ressentir des sensations de picotement dans sa main droite ainsi que dans son pied droit. De légers spasmes musculaires sont aussi apparus au cours des dernières séances. A l'issue des 12 séances de Reiki avec Alex, mon grand-père avait retrouvé un peu de mobilité dans sa jambe droite: il a même été capable de lever sa jambe et de la croiser au-dessus de la gauche sans assistance! Hélas, comme Alex nous l'avait dit avant les traitements, le processus de guérison des membres paralysés est un peu douloureux. I’ve had reiki a couple of times before but never had a therapist that has really stuck or worked for me. This is the first therapist I have gone back to after an initial session. For people who have never had reiki, I would essentially describe it as a rebalancing of your inner self when your life externally may seem a bit chaotic. For example you feel overly emotional, you feel life events aren’t as easy to deal with or just a sense of needing some extra help from somewhere then I would recommend getting a reiki. Best to go in with a really open mind and be open to the treatment, everyone has different experiences and reactions (some might not be that intense so I wouldn’t necessarily look out for these). I do see a shift in my mentality and emotional stability which acts as a bit of a magnet for getting life back on track. This is the biggest reason why I go, there is a general sense of things falling into place / coming more naturally after a session. I'd highly recommend Irek at the integrity centre. I started private one to one and group pilates sessions with Irek a couple of years ago. Irek's classes are the best I've been to and would not go anywhere else now. He is a fountain of knowledge. He tailors every class to my requirements and every class is different. He works me hard but also knows what areas I need to take care with depending on any aches and pains I am experiencing.
