Stay away from them! I took a chance on these guys despite the lack of strong reviews and really regretted it! It’s a bit of a laundry list of issues but to highlight a few, one of the cleaners only arrived a few minutes before we were supposed to leave so the job overall was rushed (even though they had agreed with us the time in which the job would be completed). I realised I couldn’t even trust them to have done the things they should have done. All the drawers I had to wipe myself after they left even though they confirmed they had cleaned them. Limescale in the kitchen reappeared. Job was so poorly done that I have to pay an extra £70 to another cleaner to finish it off. And ON TOP OF THAT, the manager was completely unreasonable and unprofessional. When I complained about the issues and tried to get a concession, I was given one lame excuse after the other about how somehow the poor job was my fault! And when I mentioned I would leave an appropriate review, I was told to go ahead. That’s when you know the management really doesn’t give a damn about customer service! More...

Firstly this young Lady Haadia Amjad and her partner was present during the end of tenancy clean. She had paid for one cleaner, the cleaner was late but I was there 15 mins before the job and started the job before the cleaner arrived. As a manager I always turn up to specific jobs to make sure the jobs are done properly as I did on the day of this job. The lady and partner had no comments after the job was finished as I said before she was present during the clean. She was quiet happy everything was done to a professional standard. Secondly in the agreement there was no floor polishing as that would be an extra charge. Once the job was completed she was happy myself and the cleaner left. I’ve received a notification that the payment has been cancelled, this young woman was moving to a next place far. She taught that it wouldn’t be noticed her cancelling the payment. I’ve contacted her asking why the payment was cancel she pretended that she didn’t no. She had no complaints at that point only after she tried not to pay for a job that has already been done. She then asked for discount which I wasn’t happy to agree to because I’ve already given her a discount. Because of what she did and got caught this is why she’s upset. Maybe she’s use to doing things that that and taught she’ll get away with it. So please don’t believe everything that you read and sorry for the late response to this review.

Firstly I had never agreed to this job because it’s not something that our Company does decluttering. Yes we had a conversation about the job but never agreed to anything. She said she’ll shop around, after speaking to this lady the things she wanted done was not domestic cleaning. She did contacted me again and I didn’t take the job as I’ve mentioned it’s not a service our company provide. Our company has a high standard and the reviews on our website not Bark can show this. And it’s not my fault she can’t afford the price that we charge, and have all of this demands. As I’ve said her job wasn’t a service our company provide. (Decluttering).
