The response was very quick. The 2 cleaners sent were extremely hard working an very efficient. They wanted to work beyond the agreed time just because they felt the job was not finished. I look forward to their return.

The cleaner arrived half an hour late with no apologies or explanation. She did a good job in the bathrooms which was her primary reason for coming but the kitchen received very little cleaning and I was cleaning the dust after the 'clean' so sadly won't be using them again.

Hi Mrs Pascall, The cleaner couldn't fine address, we call for you to assist cleaner with address. The cleaner explained the address was not visible out on the road. The cleaner stated you instructed her what needs to done upstairs and cleaning of the bathroom. The kitchen had the builder in side when she was finished upstairs, both the builder and the cleaner was in kitchen at the same time. The builder asked the cleaner not to wet sink, no water in sink pipe because just fitted, all the builder rubbish was packed up and put in a black bag, cleaner asked you where to place it,you told her to leave it because not until Monday before bins can but out on the street. All counter top was clean,the floor had on on dust proved plastic, cleaner stated she asked you when returned if to remove them and you stated on. You gave her extra tip and told her great job, and when the property was finished you will use her again will a big tip. The lateness because of train strike Saturday 12/05, couldn't fine address , we called you and you meet the cleaner downstairs at the door.

This company responded very quickly to a family emergency. They provided excellent overnight care for our elderly aunt for the last few months of her life. The care was compassionate, well organised and reliable. The company policy is to find out exactly what is required and they make sure this is provided. What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy going out into the community to meet with clients who are in need of my assistance. It is my priority to make sure that I do everything within my power to fulfill their needs. I take pleasure in conducting assessments and matching clients with the appropriate staff members who specialize in the area that the client requires help in.
I take great satisfaction in either visiting clients in person or having phone conversations with those who are able to communicate effectively. For clients who may not have the ability to verbally communicate, I also make the effort to visit them and make use of other forms of communication such as interpreting eye movements for their responses or any other means by which they can effectively convey their messages.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started out as an carer in the industry of care. I when on to more advanced training within care and management.
I am passionate about Home Care because it gives clients the will to be at home with or without family.
I love to go out and visit clients and spend companship timing knowing them and where some clients will not have the capacity in one area to corresponds they maybe can recognize.
These are some of my passions that empower me to continue in health and social Community Care.
