I was stuck with needing a structural survey for a house my partner and I are purchasing and Derek helped us massively!
We spoke on the phone to make sure he could get all the information needed, and knew that we were at the end of purchasing and needed this for our mortgage lender in order to complete the purchase. Derek booked us in very quickly and within a day had the report back! There was also a mistake on my end for the report and Derek was very kind to correct that mistake for us as well!
