What I love most about my job is the satisfaction of seeing a finished roof knowing I’ve helped protect someone’s home. There’s something rewarding about working with my hands, solving problems, and building something solid that really matters. Every job is different, which keeps things interesting, and I enjoy being outdoors—not stuck behind a desk. Plus, there’s a real sense of pride in seeing the transformation from a damaged or old roof to one that looks great and will last for years.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted more control over the quality of work I delivered and the way I treated customers. After working for other companies, I saw things that didn’t sit right with me—corners being cut or clients not getting the service they deserved. I knew I could do better. Starting my own business gave me the chance to build something with my name on it, where honesty, reliability, and solid workmanship come first. It’s been challenging, but it’s also been the most rewarding decision I’ve ever made.
