Very quick response but requested deposit then would not return deposit as wasn’t needed. Wasn’t informed on how the deposit worked and what time they opened on a Sunday. Plus didn’t turn up

Thanks for the feedback however You emailed and advised that the issue was sorted during the arrival window we set, as there was some confusion on your end and another company had turned up to fix the issue already. Your booking was late last night after 11pm, for a 9-11am arrival window today, We required a £69 deposit for incidents like today that happened where the customer cancels last minute. This covers the cost of paying the engineer and fuel. Your review isn't an accurate representation and you were fully aware due to the appointment being less than 24 hours away we required a security deposit.

Very impressed with this company from the get go! Within an hour of contacting them the engineer was at my door! Straight away the engineer knew what the problem was and explained what needed to be done and how much it would cost, I was shocked as it was the same price as what I was told over the phone when I requested call out! Superb customer service, fair prices and I’m so happy they resolved my blocked kitchen sink issue.. I wish I contacted them firstly as I had another company come out initially which after a few days the issue came back and they charged over charged me! Outstanding service and cost!
