It was great to have Loic cook a marvellous celebratory dinner for us recently. He was superbly prepared and provided delicious food for 14 of us with minimal fuss and disruption to our party. He and his team provided friendly, attentive service and exuded a calm, assured manner. It was very easy to make the arrangements with Loic, he accommodated all our requests in designing the menu and delivered it brilliantly on the evening. Loic and Patrick catered for a birthday lunch buffet for twenty five last week and the quality of the food and service was outstanding. Loic arrived in plenty of time to set up, and had taken on the dietary requirements to the letter, ensuring the food was as fresh as possible. The team was easy to work with, providing an imaginative three course menu which reflected the personality of the hosts. The spread was beautifully presented, colourful and enticing. The crab mousse canapés were delicious, as was the ceviche, duck platter and strawberry tiramisu, to name a few highlights. The cheese board set new standards! They served canapés and drinks unobtrusively and cleared up afterwards, even the glasses! Although they had not brought the birthday cakes, when they were delivered they were a little squashed. Patrick reassembled the icing, and after consulting, added nasturtium flowers and fresh fruits to make them look stunning. Loic is thoroughly recommended for the quality of the catering he provides in terms of food taste, presentation and flexibility in creating a menu to meet the highest of standards.
