Having already seen several properties with our daughter, who was looking to buy, we saw a maisonette in Dorking which blew us away. It was stunning conversion - immaculate workmanship using quality materials had been combined with an imaginative re-configuration of the available space of the property, split over two floors. It was on another level to every other viewing, but already under offer. However, we found out that the amazing transformation of this previously run down property into a beautiful home had been performed by achieved by Lion & Leinster. Hence, when our daughter found another property with great potential, but which required work, we contacted L&L. Frank replied the same day, a Sunday! He and Julio offered to view the property and were very generous with both their time and suggestions, supplemented with images from their impressive portfolio. We were extremely impressed by their enthusiasm and vision for our daughter’s new home and, upon completion of the purchase, look forward to working with them to achieve this - watch this space for another review when they have worked their magic on another property! Thank you for referring us to Lion and Leinster. Although we decided not to go ahead with a garage conversion we were greatly impressed by the company and would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.

Our renovation project involved the removal of an internal wall and chimney breast, two new windows and full installation of a new kitchen including tiling into another room, and also fitting of a utility room.
The Lion and Leinster team worked fantastically hard to meet our requirements and deadlines and we're communicative and courteous throughout. The individual tradesmen were skilled and diligent and worked both efficiently and conscientiously.
The project was completed within the outlined timeframe and to a very high standard. Issues that arose throughout and snagging at the end were dealt with effectively and in a timely manner.
We would not hesitate to recommend Lion and Leinster for similar projects in the future.
