What do you love most about your job?
The greatest satisfaction comes from generating our clients new business - when we hear that a lead we generated has turned into actual business it makes what we do worthwhile.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in customer service, on the phones and being really good at talking to people and building a rapport i thought why not do this for myself and build a quality telemarketing company with great staff and a pleasant place to work. Flexibility with family also helps!
Why should our clients choose you?
Our experience, our staff, our competitive rates all help but our biggest USP's are the quality of work we produce and the open, honest and realistic communication and relationships we have with our clients. Some clients have been with Link in excess of 10 years even though we dont tie into long term contracts. Some clients use us 2-3 times a year for a few weeks at a time, others set a number of hours per month with just 30 days notice needed to stop.

Meetings with clients can be done virtually and all work we do is on the telephone and leads/analysis etc sent online
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All staff worked remotely from home during the pandemic, we have a VOIP system and phone and computer equipment was provided so an easy transition. Some staff have preferred to continue working from home and a couple are back in the office. Systems were updated to ensure databases could be accessed from home or anywhere securely.
