What do you love most about your job?
Helping people. With a background in the Emergency Services as a Firefighter for over 20 years I have always found purpose in helping people whenever and however I can. Attaining CeMAP Qualifications has just added another, albeit quite diverse, string to my bow.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having a family, where both my partner and I are actively employed, the flexibility offered by working for myself is hard to deny. I have also found that in this industry, offering a service outside of the routine 9-5, makes my service eminently more accessible to the very clientele I hope to reach.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the whole industry made large strides to be able to offer its services remotely, I am no different. My network has developed a fantastic, easy to use Client Portal which has served to simplify and speed up the whole process. I can work remotely, arranging meetings through Teams or simply over the phone. I am also happy to arrange face to face meeting which, now that we can once again meet in person, is my much preferred method to conduct business!
