We just had our old conservatory taken down and a new bigger extension built on the rear of our property and could 't have asked for a better job.
The work is beautiful and nothing was too much trouble.
Communication was incredible with daily morning phonecalls to inform us of what work was to be carried out each day, and plenty of flexibility to tweak things or add things along the way.

Porch Installation
Lets Contruct, it has been such a pleasure to employ this very professional and friendly outfit, they first started
a. on the roof, it needed repairing, they quickly sorted that out
b. built a completely new Porch, it looks fantastic, everybody says it completely transformed the look of the bungalow
c. new flooring in the kitchen, so good, cannot believe the new look
d. sorting out the undulating drive (much better and needed with all this rain)
e. given us contacts for a good decorator and plumber.
Ashley is as good as his word, he always informed us about the state of the work and when it was expected to be completed. Once they finished they cleared everything up and it looks as good as new.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Lets Contruct for any building work or anything else (Ashley has all the contacts).

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
Converting a garage into a living space can be a great way to add usable square meterage to your home, but not every garage is immediately suitable for
conversion. Please have a look at some points below to help you with this
1. Structure / Conditions
- Is the foundation sound?
Check for major cracks or signs of settling.
- Are the walls and roof in good condition?
Look for water damage, rot, pests, or structural issues.
- Ceiling height:
Standard ceiling heights are commonly known to be 2.4m (8 feet)
2. Utilities
- Electricity
Is there electrical service? Is it up to current standards or will it need upgrading?
- Plumbing (if needed)
Is it feasible to run water and drainage for a bathroom or kitchen
- Insulation
Most garages are uninsulated and will need insulation in walls, ceiling, and possibly the floor.
3. Access / Layout
- Entry points
Is there a convenient way to access the garage from inside the house or will one need to be built?
- Natural light
Are there windows or will you need to add them for light
- Garage door
Will it be removed and replaced with a wall or windows?
4. Permits
- Building regulations
Almost all garage conversions require building regulations approval for living space to make sure the structural integrity, fire safety, ventilation, and energy efficiency standards are met.
- Planning permission
This is gerenally not needed if it falls under permitted development
