To see if the garage is suitable for conversion clients need to look at very important things such:
•Foundation (weather the footings are deep enough to hold the weight)
• Planning ( clients need to see if having a garage conversion is really worth )
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Different stages of Garage conversion is:
• removing the existing flat roof or pitch roof.
• new drain pipe if required
•putting new floor timbers if the garage conversions will be 2 story.
•steel work if required
•Scaffolding around the perimeter of ghe garage ( preferably tin roof)
•1 floor walls
•new roof on (can be flat roof /pitch roof etc)
• 1 fix plumbing
•1 fix electrical
•boarding up
•plastering
•skirting, doors, coving
•painting
•clearing the site
