What inspired you to start your own business?
After working in traditional high street estate agents for several years, I quickly realised that there was room for improvement on how your typical estate agent services landlords and puts our expertise forward in a way which really adds value to landlords by keeping you informed of market trends.
This to me is key, without communicating to you as landlords our frontline experience of what is happening in the rental market, you are left susceptible to missing out on getting the most value from your investment, potential pitfalls and fines due to increasing legislation and if there is a noticeable increase in payment arrears being able to advise you of that so you can suitably protect your investment with rental income insurance and legal expenses insurance if not already purchased.

When formulating my plan for what an improved lettings agent offering would look like, one thing for me was key from what my landlords communicated to me, treat every property with the same diligence and rigor that I would if I were managing my own rental property.
This ethos is really at the forefront of everything we do, however we also ensure that we listen to every one of our clients individual needs and adapt, where necessary, to make sure we are acting in your best interests every single time.
We understand that whilst most people will value the maximum possible return on their investment, some landlords also want to balance this desire with ensuring they engage with a tenant that they can establish a good rapport with so that the management process if self-managing is as simple as possible.

We can engage with our clients online in most cases but will have to meet in person occasionally to verify identity and documentation when required.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We include, as standard, video tours for every property we work on at no additional cost to you as the client.
It is worth noting that we do not always rely on video tours only and will work diligently to ensure tenants have seen a property in person before proceeding.
