I qualified as a Reflexologist in 1998 and have been practicing ever since. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (MAR). I have earned qualifications in both VRT (Vertical Reflex Therapy) and ART (Advanced Reflexology Techniques).

What do you love most about your job?
I have always had a keen interest in people, their health and well being and natural medicine in particular. I have a passion for my work, a little bit of which I hope you will take away with you after every treatment!
What inspired you to start your own business?
My interest in therapies and in particular reflexology. As a working mum it allowed me the flexibility to run my own business and look after my daughter.
