At LeRue care services, we aim to assist your family members that you look after to remain in their own home for as long as they wish with dignity, independence and control over their life. We create care packages ranging from 2 hour visits through to the specialised live-in package to ensure that the care and support received by all clients is appropriate and meet their needs, which includes those with acquired brain injuries, hospital discharged, elderly people with no health conditions but requiring a bit of assistance, with anything could be just to make breakfast , shower or bath, toileting help, medication, or adults with neurological conditions, dementia, and LD including autism and other conditions. Whether a client requires companionship and care at home services , or more specialist support, we have the team of highly trained carers ready to help. We aim to leave you and your family satisfied with our services no matter what time of the day you need us, we are always available to help. We have well vetted staff that have been caring for a long time. When you get in touch, We will assess your loved one then create a person centred care plan that covers all their daily living needs and risk assess them and put measures in place to deliver safe effective care services. We can do home visits in the morning, lunch, tea time, bedtime, overnight assist with medication administration, meal prep, personal care needs, oral care needs, continence care, assist to go and get out of bed. We have a team of carers that is well trained and vetted by our internal specialist to work with vulnerable adults. Dedicated and highly skilled staff will implement a holistic and personal approach to specifically meet our clients’ tailored care plans. We use a flexible and informative approach to accommodate our clients and their families’ changing needs. At LeRue, we hand-pick all our carers and our recruitment team work so hard to try and secure excellent care staff that will come to your home and respect your needs.
