How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
You are what you eat... the right balance and combination of Protein, Carbohydrates, Fibre and Fats together with good hydration are vital for maintaining a healthy weight and wellbeing.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I educate, encourage and support them by starting off slowly and gradually building as they progress.

What inspired you to start your own business?
As a single mum I wanted to have the freedom to work around my children when they were young doing something I loved and that helped others.

I provide PT, Pilates and Weight loss session online via Zoom.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I have my door and windows open to ensure air flow. The door is curtained to with a light fabric to provide privacy. Sessions have a 15 minute gap between them so that equipment can be cleaned in between sessions. Hand sanitiser is provided. I have had my covid vaccinations and wear an FP2 mask if required.
Strength Training
I help my clients to get stronger using a mixture of weights & body weight exercises to improve lean muscle mass and in turn improve muscle tone and weight loss. As a qualified Pilates instructor and group fitness instructor as well as a PT, I am able to offer a wide variety of exercise options to cater for all fitness levels.
Posture/Back Care
As a qualified Pilates Instructor I am able to help clients to improve their posture and back problems with core strength training, mobility and flexibility exercises.
Weight Loss
I help PT clients to lose weight (if they wish to) as part of their PT sessions. I am insured to do so as a qualified Nutritional Adviser and provide weight loss sessions with out PT if a client so wishes.
Pilates PT & Classes
I offer Pilates PT to clients as well as Gym based PT as in some cases clients may have specific training need due to injury, illness or sports requirements.
14+ Children's PT
I help children with specific physical, educational or medical needs to improve motor skills, balance, core strength and confidence.
Peri-menopause and Menopause
I offer help and support to clients struggling with their menopause by improving strength, diet and aiding weight loss.
