Can't recommend this service enough. Reliable, punctual, efficient and patient!!! Doing Wills is not something I relished doing but Nick made it as OK as it can be with a sense of humour which was appropriate. He was also so patient at explaining everything thoroughly and making sure I understood all the different options! All the staff were friendly and approachable and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely use some of the other services provided by this company. All of the staff members we met or had contact with were friendly, informative and efficient.
Whilst we were informed of all the possibilities there was absolutely no hard sell. Everything was aimed at making sure we got what we wanted. Nick made the whole process as easy as it could be with appropriate humour.
