I have a background in athletics and have competed internationally for Great Britain at European Championships and Commonwealth Games with a highest position of 4th. This experience has helped me attain a significant amount of transformations in my 15 years in the field.

JJ is the ultimate trainer. I had personal training with him at LeapFit for 3 months with a goal to build muscle and stay lean.
After finishing my time there, I had not only left with a completely different body composition, but I left with new motivation, inspiration and a drive to be better in other areas of my life, and that came from repetitive sessions with JJ. He's a great person to be around, his drive to be better every day rubs off on you.
From a training perspective, JJ is very attentive on your progress and will push you to be better every week. The private gym/studio is a rarity in London so you feel that you are getting a lot of benefits from training with him there.
It was a shame to stop training after my time there as we had progressed so much (I had moved away from London). I came out feeling healthier and stronger, but also left having got to know a great person who I can call a friend!

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Making small changes to your diet can make a massive difference to your body. For example eating breakfast when you haven't before stimulates the metabolism to start burning.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to see people learn and progress to self sufficiency. The beauty of my job is to let people know that it's possible to enjoy exercise and look good without having to starve.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always enjoyed the flexibility personal training allows me. Just before lockdown I was working in a gym but after lockdown I had to take a jump and try to set a space up for my clients. It took some time but it was worth it

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I opened the studio during Covid -19 so we have made it to be socially spaced. We have wipes and hand sanitiser available too
