What do you love most about your job?
We are passionate about our work and about offering high standard services to our customers. We have expanded our team and we paid close attention to our support workers values to ensure that the direct work with people is delivered in a person centred manner.
What inspired you to start your own business?
We have 55 years of accumulated experience in the healthcare sector and in the direct work with people and for people so we had the chance to see the good and bad. Our motto, "Just because we care", is the exact reason for starting this business.

Our customers satisfaction is at the core of the way we deliver the services. We understand that every customer has their own needs and preferences and we ensure that we can fully deliver the required service at the highest standard, and our services will be requested in the future.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have registered the company post Covid-19 pandemic, but all our team members are provided with the Infection prevention control and Covid-19 training.
Companionship
Our Support workers have their DBS checked, are trained and skilled to offer companionship for day, night or set up visits during the day.
All our Support workers are knowledgeable and able to work in a person centred way.
Household tasks
Our Support workers have their DBS checked, are trained and skilled for offering support with the household tasks. We always ensure that all our team members have the mandatory trainings up to date including the Food hygiene, Infection prevention control, Moving and handling, Safeguarding Adults and Children, to ensure that the household tasks are performed in a safe manned.
Support in the community (adults)
Our Support workers have their DBS checked and are trained and skilled to support you or the people that you care for in the community. Based on your personal circumstances, we can use public transport, taxi, your car (with comprehensive insurance) or our staff car (with business insurance).
Arts and crafts sessions at home (children or adults)
Our team members have their DBS checked and are trained in Arts and crafts holistic therapy.
We deliver Arts and crafts sessions at home, for people with reduced mobility, non-verbal or with social anxiety.
Our staff are trained in Makaton (sign language). There is a wide range of projects that we can deliver with our materials or you can use your own materials to create your own project with our support (e.g. recycled/reused materials that you already have at home)
