I always ask clients about their preferences, including what they like and dislike, as well as any intolerances or allergens I should be aware of.
What do you love most about your job?
I love the fast-paced environment and the pressure to deliver on time. I always strive to work with passion as a chef, not just for the paycheck. Food is both an art and a challenging profession, but if you don't love it, you should find a different career.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been working as a chef my whole life, starting at 14 in my family’s restaurant in Italy. I moved to London in 2014 and have had the honor of cooking for Queen Elizabeth, as well as for the King and Prime Ministers. Over the years, I've gained popularity, receiving daily requests and great feedback. That’s probably why I decided to start my own business 8 years ago.
