We used Latimer tuition for my son in preparation to his GCSE exams in 3 different subjects. The standard of tuition was very high and enjoyable for him, especially Daniel Denton and Jeremy Pang. There were small issues occasionally with the technical side which meant that things weren't always smooth sailing, such as lessons not being booked in correctly or simply not happening, but this was a small percentage of our overall time and I'm still giving 5 stars! It was annoying more than anything else that I had to deal with it, especially as it could and should have been avoided. Thank you Marcus, I really appreciate your balanced feedback, yes- sometimes this does happen, a tutor might select the wrong date etc when creating or editing a lesson which is a shame, but realistically, isn't something I can do much to mitigate (however I have been sending out more alerts for when tutors place lessons than before with the hopes of clients picking up mistakes in the booking if they were made). What inspired you to start your own business?
We considered our public front and needed something we can put our effort into, creating a brand and an experience was important for us but overall, we work closely together, harbouring communication and ensure our clients have everything they need to start their tuition journey.
