Lauren responded to my end-of-tenancy deep clean query quickly and communicated brilliantly at the onset. I wasn’t as clear in my briefing of what my ask was when we met at the house; I had assumed that a deep clean meant that all was included, however there were areas that were left alone, particularly in the kitchen.
