I cannot express enough gratitude to Kumra Care for the incredible difference they’ve made in my dad’s life—and mine. I live far away (over four hours!
), and knowing that Dad is safe, happy, and well cared for allows me to focus on my own life without constant worry. Their communication is exceptional; the regular updates and calls give me complete peace of mind, especially when I can’t get hold of Dad myself.
Dad speaks so fondly of the carers, and it’s clear they bring genuine joy to his days. He loves their visits, whether they’re helping him with his day-to-day care, keeping the house in order, or taking him out for errands and coffee. The outings have been a lifeline for him, especially with his memory and mobility challenges.
One thing that stands out is how well-trained and compassionate the team is—it’s something Dad often praises, and I completely agree. They’ve also been incredibly responsive as his needs have evolved, adjusting his care seamlessly.
If I could rate them higher than five stars, I would. Thank you, Kumra Care, for making such a positive impact on Dad’s life—and mine.
