Very happy with Korek Removals service. The two men came were very efficient and punctual and the move was smooth. Definitely will recommend them.

They moved my cousin a few weeks prior to me and were great. Same thing again with me. On time (early) fast, efficient, very careful with furniture. Polite and pleasant throughout. Absolutely brilliant. My first attempt at moving collapsed due to buyer issues, I wasn’t charged for the full slot despite the guys having loaded most of the stuff onto the van already. When I rescheduled they managed to squeeze me in at short notice, arrived on time, nothing was too much to ask even though my new place was 4th floor with no lift. From the first phone call I spoke with Sami who was polite, friendly and professional, the 2 men who came to move my daughter where on time, efficient and packed the whole house in a professional manner. Korek removals were very competitively priced and the booking process was very smooth and easy. They also kindly offered to stop off on the way from my old flat to my new flat, to pick up some furniture I had bought.

However, the loading and unloading of this furniture was not at all efficient. The delay in making the decision cost a lot of time. Another big, big problem was the lack of relationship and communication between the guys. For a job like this you need a good rapport between the team in order to complete the jobs more efficiently.

Always a bit wary of using unknown services but it’s inevitable when you move infrequently. From initial enquiry to on the day, communication was great, in relation to timings, costs, and ensuring needs were fully understood by their driver. Driver was amazing (sorry, I can’t remember his name!), called 30 mins before arriving, helped carry all my boxes/furniture down and up stairs. Only took 2 out of the 3 hours I booked, but was more than happy to pay full as he made moving day stress free. Thanks again!! More...

I didn’t know I was actually going to move until the day we exchanged & completed on the sale of my property the same day Korek Removals couldn’t have been more accommodating basically I phoned on day of moving and they sorted out 2 men & a van within a couple of hours to move my furniture to a storage unit. Zan & his colleague worked so hard worth every penny. A week later I booked them again for my move to my new home which was quite a way from the lock up they delivered all my furniture and nothing was to much for them.
