They arrive when they say they will, they have sufficient staff to do the work, the work is to a high standard and they clear up at the end. Completed work in two days which included a resin patio, an artificial lawn laid, created a raised flower bed, filled it with top soil. Previous visit included a large resin driveway, thermal painting of house walls and roof, which has reduced heating bills. We recently used the Kola team to complete a rear Garden upgrade, consisting of a Resin Bound pathway and Patio, ground levelling work and a newly laid lawn. Over the years we have used many contractors and are familiar with most projects and finishes, however had never used Resin Bound before. With this in mind I took some time to research various contractors and Resin specialists, before deciding on Kola - this based on other customers feedback and importantly, the clarity of bringing our vision to life during the estimate process. The quote we received was very competitive and the timescales pledged exactly where we would have hoped they could have been. The team who completed the job were exceptional, they are clearly happy in their work and demonstrate great pride in all they do and despite some shocking weather always managed to always leave the site clean and tidy. Their craftsmanship and work ethic are both outstanding, arriving exactly when they said they would, keeping us informed of each stage of the process and never leaving anything they had planned for the day, half finished. As for the project, we could not be more pleased, the end result far exceeds our expectations in every respect. Really happy with the work completed on our front garden. A useless space has been turned into a very attractive area where we can now park two cars. Communication was very good with both the back office staff and the lads doing the work, with the lads telling us exactly what they were doing at the start of each day. We have recently used Kola Construction for two projects. We have had an old and tired patio replaced and also had our conservatory replaced. We have had excellent service from the initial enquiry to the end of the work when it was no problem for them to come back to adjust things to my preference.

The plans and costs were talked through with us in detail to ensure that we had thought of everything and nothing was too much trouble. The workmen were all very polite and pleasant and very clean and tidy.

We needed to have the outside of our old farmhouse rendered/painted/coated, we weren't sure what to use and how to do it. We met Joe from Kola Construction at a show, quite by chance and he was so knowledgeable about his product Properla that we had to invite him to come and quote for us . Thank goodness we did, after a free survey he advised us what was needed and gave us a quote, which we were more than happy with. Tony then came along to have a second look at the property and double check everything. The next thing we knew, the lovely Florinda from the office phoned to make arrangements for the work to start. Very competitively priced, Daniel and his team were on time and worked hard every day on site, they left our property clean and tidy at the end of each day, explaining what they had done and what was to happen the next day. Nothing was to much trouble, moving heavier garden furniture and ornaments that we couldn't manage. Good communication from the office on any issues or delays, Tony Kola, the company manager came to site a couple of times to check we were happy and things were done as we had requested. I asked for a pathway along side my new garden room. In this we were guided to the best choice of materials, and the work was done in a very timely manner. There were extras done without any worries, just a continued pleasant and happy response. We had a new Aco drain fitted alongside the room to channel the rain water from the downpipe, which was extra to the requirements. This was done at the same time as the pathway, and connected to an existing soakaway.

We ordered our new conservatory roof in November 2021 and it was arranged to be fitted prior to Christmas. However, due to various problems, some unforeseen, it has only just been completed. However, we have to say that we are very happy with the result.

Recently had my job finished, 2 patios and a walkway between artificial grass with raised borders constructed with sleepers!
The quality of workmanship was amazing, price was very competitive and very reasonable, they actually carried out more work than originally instructed with no extra cost!

Repointing brickwork to the front elevation of the house , repairs to roof verge and superhyprophbic ProPERLA treatment of whole property.
Works carried out as per quote and price agreed. Unexpectedly national cement shortage delayed the start date. Once started, team worked hard deep cleaning and grinding out mortar, taking care to protect garden and pants from dust debris. Kept us informed as to when team would be onsite as the job progressed. If cars are parked close on application of ProPERLA, best to move them well away in case of wind-born drift. Site was left clean and tidy, no debris. We were satisfied with work. Kola commited to our big project of transforming old house into a very modern extension with a stunning decking outside. It took 6 months to complete the project but was worth the wait and pain for us to live upstairs without proper kitchen . Toni one of the owners is a very honest and lovely guy !
