I cannot recommend KJ refurbishment highly enough. The team were fantastic and nothing seemed too challenging or too much effort. They were also able to start quickly which was a fantastic bonus. I recently contacted Kleand because the grouting in my shower cubicle had perished and unknown to me had been leaking water for some time.
I feared the worst but Kleand came over promptly and solved the problem without having to remove all the tiles.
His workmanship is second to none.
He is a very pleasant guy with obvious top class skills. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He takes his work AND his customer care seriously.
When you need a real professional it can be difficult to know who to trust.
NOT ANY MORE !
So if you have a problem I do not hesitate to say - call Kleand and your problem WILL be solved.

I’m so pleased to have found Kleand on here. He saved the day and came the very next morning! I had started a project fitting my kitchen then struggled to attach cupboards to wall and felt overwhelmed even thinking about doing the worktops. My kitchen is tiny and there was limited space to move about, he kindly helped me move some stuff including taking my washing machine outside ready for scrap collection. He wouldn’t allow me to help lift, absolute gentleman. He talked me through the whole job to ensure it’s how I wanted it. Very neat work and did a great job under tricky environment. Kleand refurbished our flat ready to move in. This involved building a stud wall, installing new doors, making repairs, plumbing, putting up shelving and curtain poles, stripping wallpaper and old ceiling tiles, painting and decorating. He and his team did the whole job at short notice, quickly and efficiently, for a very reasonable price. Everything was done to a very high standard, it's very clear that Kleand take's great pride in his work. They were cheerful and polite throughout, constantly checking that we were happy with everything, and tidied up after themselves at the end of every day. I can honestly say I've never been more impressed with a building company! We employed Kleand to undertake a very large £25K house renovation project, as we had used him before for smaller-scale work and knew that the quality of his work was excellent. Kleand was an absolute joy to work with and made the experience completely stress-free. Him and his team were always very polite, and he immediately understood our vision. We were demanding customers, and it was a complicated project on an old Grade II-listed house, and nothing was too much trouble for him. In particular, I had a very specific vision for a Balinese-style bathroom with a floating vanity, and he brought it to life even more beautifully than I imagined. Kleand provided a professional service throughout the job. We hired KJ.refurbishment to paint our 3 bed house, as we had just moved in and wanted to freshen it up.
The quote provided by Kleand was reasonable, especially when compared to other quotes we had received. He was also able to do the job quickly and made a start within a few days. Kleand and his colleague were professional throughout and nothing was too much trouble. They were also friendly and communicative about the job and the work they were doing. We cannot recommend Kleand and colleagues enough, and we will be getting in touch with them in the future if we need any other work doing.
