I have been let down twice (2 appointments not kept). The first time, I called to see what happened. I was told that they thought 'I had found the keys'. Not sure where that message came from, certainly not from me. Another appointment was made for the following morning and no show, so I did not bother to call back on the second time. I had a family emergency and contacted customer as soon as I could. I then attended his property and completed a very specialised job as the lock was welded to the gate. Key was cut by hand on site and was a very pleasant customer and a pleasure to meet him. Regards Kevin KJC Locksmiths

Started at 15 as a Saturday job for Locksecure in Sevenoaks Kent and have been doing the job I love ever since.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Knew I could give better service than Barry brothers and franchi having managed both companies.
