We’ve had a great experience working with our architect throughout our house renovation and extension project. He provided excellent guidance on the proposed works and was always happy to help and advise at every stage. He made regular site visits, communicated clearly and promptly, and was consistently friendly, polite, and professional. The planning process took nearly a year and planning permission took longer than expected, but he remained supportive and reassuring throughout, which made a potentially stressful process much easier to manage.
