I got in touch with three different aircon firms, one national and 2 local for a very small job of one unit in my bedroom in a poorly insulated extension. Kings were very responsive and arranged a quick site visit at my convenience to talk me through what was needed (I had thought it might not be possible). Brendan came to fit the unit and was punctual, professional and tidy (plus lovely to my dog). He repositioned a mirror for me and talked me through how to work everything. I would personally highly recommend Kings Cooling Solutions Ltd. They came out and did a onsite visit visit, followed by a detailed quotations for two units to be installed in our workshop. I originally got three companies to quote for the work and although Kings weren't the cheapest, they were the most professional and didn't try any hard selling. I contacted Mark following a recent electrical installation that was done in my home by another company that knocked out our heating and despite him being on holiday at the time he still took my call and sent out one of his engineers (Ashley) that same afternoon (bearing in mind this was last thing on a Friday). Ashley was very helpful and identified a number of issues on the circuit board which Mark came by and repaired right away and which resolved our heating issue.
