How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Virtually all lofts can be converted if no planning legislation is being breached. You do need to consider the height of your roof ridge at the apex of the roof as you will require a minimum of 2.4m. If the measurement is less than 2.4m, despite legislation being relaxed recently, it is unlikely that you would have enough useable headroom clearance.

Following 9 years of experience spanning, surveying, estimating and project management, Kibbs Construction can provide comprehensive bespoke packages. We work closely with our clients from concept, design, build and completion.
What guarantee does your work come with?
Kibbs Construction Ltd comes with a standard 12 month defects warranty period in which we will honour any defects that appear within that period. We will also provide any other guarantees such as roof warranties and material warranties that are necessary to each construction project. This will be provided within the O&M Manual at handover.
What do you love most about your job?
Seeing the end product. There is something about starting a project from nothing, to seeing it grow and become something architecturally beautiful.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The inspiration comes from being your own boss, dictating how much you earn, how much you can provide for your family. The pressure of this has inspired me to always want more. Working in the quantity surveying trade and being surrounded by the financial gains and losses amongst construction projects. It has always made me wonder, that I could always do it myself and provide these services for others in my own business and try and provide even higher standards to the customer than I already have done.
